Shipping

Shipping costs will be added to your order. Express shipping is available at an additional charge. We do not ship COD. Orders generally ship within 2 days of payment. Confirmation of shipment as well as tracking ID will be forwarded on day of shipment. All items shipped are insured.

All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS ground. International orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. All duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Full flitch or crated veneers shipped by common freight carrier, freight collect.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it in original condition within 14 days, for a refund or credit. Please call first.

Orders returned after 14 days, and before 28 days, will be issued a credit. We can not accept returns after 28 days. Unfortunately partial returns, or used products, will not be accepted for return. Items must be securely packaged for return. Please contact or email us prior to shipping back your order.

Wood Veneers are a natural product. For that reason Rosebud Veneer is not liable in any way for final suitability of woods to their intended purpose, nor for any health conditions, or accidents, that arise during the use of our woods.
