Rosebud Veneer and Plywood is adding rift white oak to its architectural veneer lineup, bringing the same sourcing and milling standards applied to its quartersawn walnut and fumed eucalyptus offerings. The material features the species' characteristic straight, parallel grain with minimal ray fleck — a result of the rift-cutting method — and presents a naturally weathered gray tone that moves from warm taupe in the broader grain fields to deeper charcoal within the figure. This cool greige palette positions the veneer well for commercial interiors, millwork, and wall paneling applications where a refined, understated wood presence is specified. Samples will be available through Rosebud's standard architectural sample program.
