Rosebud Veneer is the only full-service wood veneer supplier that offers a large selection of raw wood veneer all the way to custom panels and 2-ply wood veneer sheets. Our services include cut-to-size, edge banded and finished wood veneer panels. We have more than 30 years of experience in the industry working closely with architects, designers, mill workers and contractors. Our Louisville warehouse stocks thousands of veneer flitches and a CNC routing operation that turns architect blueprints into finished panels. Over 35 years of sourcing relationships with mills worldwide means we see the best logs before they hit the open market. Every flitch is hand-graded for color, figure, and yield. We press architectural plywood in-house, calibrate to exact thickness, CNC-route to your cut list, and apply edgebanding before the parts leave our shop. Send us your architectural drawings. We read the blueprints, optimize the cut list, and route every panel on our CNC — rips, crosscuts, dados, and edge profiles. Each panel is sequentially matched from the same flitch so grain flows continuously across the installation. The veneer is calibrated so the finished panel measures exactly 3/4 inch — no shimming, no sanding down, no field adjustments. When the parts arrive at the millwork shop, they fit. Edgebanding is already applied. The installer hangs panels instead of building them. This is how modern architectural millwork gets done.
